VYC Members, The Board of Governors are happy to announce the opening of the marina beginning May 1st. This is in accordance with the April 18 Press Release by Governor Lamont which states that marinas will be allowed to open for personal use as long as strict social distancing and sanitation protocols are followed.

Marina.

Dock, water and electric installations were completed over the previous two weekends using the revised work party rules. Members with those slips should contact the Fleet Captain (Bob Utz @rmuwall@msn.com or text 203-556-7274) prior to launch to check on slip availability or to make secondary arrangements. If you have not already provided a current proof of insurance to the Fleet Captain you must do so prior to slipping you boat.

When using the marina please follow State and Federal Guidelines currently in effect due to the Corona Virus outbreak. These include the use of PPE’s and social distancing while on the docks. For complete information go to https://portal.ct.gov/DEEP/News-Releases/News-Releases---2020.
